DUCATI Launches 100-Year Celebrations Ahead of Its Centenary in 2026

by

July 4th, 1926 — the day a dream was born in Borgo Panigale, Bologna. Nearly a century later, that dream has evolved into one of the most iconic names in motorcycling: Ducati. From humble roots in Italy to worldwide acclaim, Ducati has turned passion into excellence, technology into emotion, design into beauty, and engineering into art.

As 2026 approaches, Ducati officially kicks off its Centenary celebrations, reaffirming the promise that has guided the brand since its inception — to live every moment with the passion and intensity that make it unforgettable.

A Century of Ducati: From Bologna to the World

To mark this historic milestone, Ducati has unveiled a new Centenary logo — a symbol designed as a bridge between past and future, destined to accompany the company toward July 4th, 2026.

Ducati 100 logo

Created in the heart of Borgo Panigale, the logo was developed through an in-house creative process led by those who live and breathe Ducati every day. It reflects not just 100 years of history, but also the sense of belonging shared across the global Ducati family.

Design That Tells a Story

Every detail of the new Ducati 100 Years logo represents a piece of the company’s legacy:

  • The name Ducati remains unchanged — preserving its timeless identity and strength.
  • The number 100 takes centre stage, drawn in the same typeface used across Ducati motorcycles.
  • A single line cuts through it — the curve that defines Ducati’s iconic shield.

That curve represents more than design: it captures the thrill of leaning into a corner, the movement that connects Ducati’s past, present, and future, and the experience of riding — whether alone, with a passenger, or alongside other Ducatisti around the world.

Below, the dates 1926–2026 flow above the Italian tricolour, a proud nod to Ducati’s heritage and its unbreakable connection to Borgo Panigale — the place where dreams are still crafted for generations of riders.

‘A Century Made of Seconds’

Accompanying the logo is the new claim: “A Century Made of Seconds.”
This phrase celebrates Ducati’s sporting DNA — a tribute to racetracks, lap times, and the details that make every performance count. But it also carries a deeper message: recognising the extraordinary strength found in every shared moment, on the track, on the road, or within the Ducati community.

World Ducati Week 2026 – The Ultimate Celebration

The epicentre of Ducati’s 100-year celebrations will be World Ducati Week 2026, taking place from July 3rd to 5th, 2026, at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”.
