The Oxford Products Racing Ducati team runs fire-breathing Ducati Panigale V4Rs and V2s in the BSB championship, with riders Christian Iddon and Ben Currie. But its paddock transport needs are being met in a much more sedate fashion. The team has taken delivery of a pair of Super Soco CUx Ducati Edition electric scooters, and will be gliding around the BSB circuits in glorious eco-friendly silence.
Iain Hopcroft, team manager, said โTheyโre perfect to nip round the paddock on. We charge them up before we head off to a race round, and they last the entire weekend on a single charge. Theyโve proved to be really reliable, and itโs a bonus to have the official Ducati branding on them.โ
